6.2 Failure of the power supply

During a power failure, the control unit continues to remain active thanks to the battery.

In the event of a power failure, the control unit operates as follows:

Duration of the

Operation after the power failure

Less than 1 minute Phase Fire up

The control unit continues operating normally.

Phase Burning

The control unit tests the air temperature and

either continues operating in the Burning

phase or restarts in the Fire up phase.

The control unit continues operating normally.

Phase Burning

The control unit tests the temperature of the
flue gases. If the flue gas temperature has
fallen below the value of PAR56, the fire

chamber restarts in the Fire up phase or
otherwise continues to operate in the Burning
phase.

6.3 Undetermined error at the control panel

Upon starting up, certain information stored in the control unit is updated on the control panel (e.g. the
configuration).
If changes have been made to the control unit and the control panel unexpectedly shows an error, reset
the control panel by disconnecting and then reconnecting it. If the problem is still present, please contact
the service personnel.

7 Cleaning

Because cleaning intervals depend greatly on the installation location and operating hours, the times
stated in the following table can only be considered to be reference values. Basically, all of the following

components must be cleaned depending on their degree of contamination.

Cleaning the viewing window

2-3 days

Visual inspection of the burner bowl and grate, remove clinging deposits

2-3 days

Emptying of the ash box and cleaning of the combustion chamber

7-14 days

Replacement of the air filter

1-2 months

Cleaning of the flue gas ducts, flue gas collectors and exhaust duct blowers

Once a year

Cleaning of the combustion chamber temperature sensor (only with a dry cloth)

Once a year

Cleaning of the air quantity sensor (blowing clean the measuring wire)

Once a year

Replace the battery

2 - 3 years

Inspecting all seals (door, ash box, grate, tank lid); replace as the case may be

Once a year

Cleaning of the chimney as per the chimney sweep specialist
