RT100 Powershift Operator’s Manual
250 Hour
Engine Oil and Filter Change (Tier 4i)
Change engine oil and filter every 250 hours
when using motor oils meeting only API CJ-4 or
ACEA E6/E9. See page 104 for more information
about DEO specifications.
To change:
1. While oil is warm, remove drain plug (1).
Drain oil and replace plug.
2. Remove filter (2) and replace with new filter
each time oil is changed. Add DEO at fill neck
(3).
Adjust Service Brake
Adjust service brake after 250 hours of operation.
When properly adjusted, there is 1/4-1/2" (6-13
mm) free play in pedal.
Lube Driveshaft U-joints
Lube driveshaft U-joints every 250 hours with 3-4
shots of EPG.
