Entering this feature will lock all other extensions
Operating Mode - Your new phone system can have a day
greeting, night greeting and it automatically switch between
the two. Set the Operating Mode to Day Mode and use only
the day greeting, or set it to Night Mode, to run only the
night greeting. Set it to Time Mode to automatically switch
between day and night modes.
AA Time Setting - This is your open and close schedule
when the Operating Mode is set to “Time Mode”. The first
entry is the time that you open and the second is when you
are closed.
Customize AA Voice - This allows you to record a
companywide greeting that will be heard by anyone that is
answered by the auto attendant. There is a day greeting
(On Duty) and a night (Off Duty) greeting, which
corresponds with the open and closed schedule set in the
AA Time Setting.
It is also possible to rerecord 9 additional greetings, but
once they are rerecorded they cannot be restored without
completely reloading the voice files.
10101 - “Please hold while your call is being transferred”
10102 - “The extension that you dialed is unavailable, press
the “*” key to try again.
10103 - “The extension you dialed is currently busy, press
“*” key to try again.
10104 - “Dial another extension, or press Zero to reach the
operator.”
10105 - “Invalid Entry”
10106 - “The number you dialed is invalid, please try again.”
10107 - “The number you dialed is invalid, please hold while
your call is transferred to the operator.”
10201 - “Thank you for calling, Goodbye.”
