Overview

This manual details the installation requirements for
the 564 HO NB GSR2 fireplace. For operating and
maintenance instructions, refer to the 564 HO NB
GSR2 Owner's Manual (part # 100-01409).

Listing Details

This appliance was listed by Intertek Test Labs to
ANSI Z21.88. The listing label is attached to the
appliance near the gas control valve. A copy is
shown to the right.

optional factory conversion kit must be used.

This appliance is only for use with the type of gas indicated on the rating plate and may be installed in an aftermarket,

permanently located, manufactured home (USA

only) where not prohibited by local codes. See owner

manual for details. This

appliance is not convertible for use with other gases, unless a certified kit is used.

This vented gas fireplace heater is not for use with air filters.

Keep burner and control compartment clean. See installation and operating instructions accompanying appliance.

This appliance must be properly connected to a venting system in accordance with the manufacturer
