Install Lower Side Tubes (69) to Rear Hamper Tube (66) as
shown in Figure 08 and secure with the ¼” Plastic Plugs (12)
in Panel 08.
Assemble one Spreader Bar Assembly (39) to each Lower
Side Tubes (69) using the remaining hardware in Panel 08 as
shown in Figure 08.
The Spreader Bar Assembly (39) should be assembled so
that, when closed, the ‘V’ points toward the open side of the
tubes as shown in Figure 08.
Additionally, it is important that the Round Head Screws (11)
and Lock Nuts (20) are assembled as shown.
Note: Do not over tighten Lock Nut (20). Spreader Bar
Assembly should be able to pivot freely after assembly.
Place the assembled components from above into the
bottom of the Hamper (40).

Assemble the Rear Hamper Tube (66) through the rear loops
sewn into the Hamper (40).
Assemble the Upper Side Tubes (38) through the side
loops sewn into the Hamper (40). Secure them to the Rear
hamper Tube (66) with the ¼” Plastic Plugs (12) in Panel 09.
Assemble each Spreader Bar Assembly (39) to the Upper
Side Tubes (38) using the remaining hardware in Panel 09.
The Spreader Bar Assembly (39) should be connected to the
hole closest to the top bend in the Upper Side Tube (38) as
shown in Figure 09.
Additionally, it is important that the Round Head Screws (11)
and Lock Nuts (20) are assembled as shown.
Note: Do not over tighten Lock Nut (20). Spreader Bar
Assembly should be able to pivot freely after assembly.
