Analog signals should be connected with the high side to the numbered analog input
and the low side to the low input or the analog ground. Please see the instructions for
single-ended and differential inputs.
Digital signals should not be grounded to the analog ground. Use the cable shield or
the digital ground pin.
INPUT WARNING!
Do not exceed the input specifications. There are no socketed or user serviceable
parts in a PCM board. Any repair will be expensive.
Analog inputs are limited to +/-15V, unlike the higher ratings of ISA boards.
If you apply a voltage < -0.5V or greater than 5.5V to a digital input, you will burn
out the transistor.
Please turn now to the table of specifications and familiarize yourself with them
before connecting any signals.
