Adding New Events from ScheduALL into Scheduler
With scheduling integration between Scheduler and ScheduALL, you can add events
on the ScheduALL and have those events appear on the Scheduler interface.
Aurora Ingest group and room with respective router sources and channels must be
configured within ScheduALL in order to synchronize with the Scheduler. ScheduALL
must also be configured to use Ingest web service for the scheduling integration to
run smoothly.
To add a new event on ScheduALL:
1. Log in to the ScheduALL for Windows application.
2. From the File menu, select ScheduALL and click ScheduALL Screen.
3. Right click on the schedule grid and select New Work Order (Detail) from the menu.
The cursor changes to an asterisk marker with date and time indicators for users
to book a time slot within the grid.
4. Click and drag the marker to book a time slot.
5. You can see a blue arrow on the grid to indicate the slot that had been chosen.
