8.2 Software for system monitoring
The device functions with default settings in off-grid mode. To achieve this, voltage parameters for sealed batteries
are used that automatically control the generator depending on the battery voltage.
Installing the "GS eco link" software provided on your connected PC permits the integration of an energy system as
well as the setting of the parameters and the operating mode.
the following interfaces to your PC are available for system monitoring:
- USB
- RS232
- Ethernet (with optional adapter available)
- (WLAN only on request)
8.2.1 System requirement for "GS eco link" software
• Microsoft Windows XP SP3 / Vista / 7/8/ 8.1 No other operating systems are supported.
• 30 MB of available hard disk space
• If Microsoft .NET 4.0 Framework is not already installed, approx. 850 MB of additional hard disk space is required.
• Adobe Reader, 100 MB of available hard disk space
• 1 GHz Pentium processor or higher
