Switching the cordless phone on
and off

While the cordless phone is switched on it is in stand-by
mode, the batteries are in use. With fully charged batteries,
the cordless phone can operate for about 110 hours in stand-
by mode. If you are not using the cordless phone to make or
receive calls you can put the cordless phone in the home base
station, or turn the cordless phone off.

To switch the cordless phone on

Press the On key for one second.

To switch the cordless phone off

Press then Off.

You cannot turn the cordless phone off during a call.

If the cordless phone is off and you are called, the ring
signal on the home base station still works. Press On
for one second to switch on the cordless phone, then

to receive the call.
