If Diva Server Line Test does not return an error, but you cannot get your Diva Server
adapter to work properly, there might be a problem in the configuration of the application
you are using with your Diva Server adapter (such as Dial-Up Networking or faxing
software).
Diva Server Diagnostics
The Diva Server Diagnostics tool can help with the analysis of problems if you encounter
difficulties with the Eicon drivers or the connection.
Every Eicon driver sends status messages and reports any error that occurs. The
messages are saved in a specific memory area of a fixed size, so that the oldest messages
are overwritten when the memory is full.
Diva Server Diagnostics enables the messages from Diva Server adapters and various
drivers to be displayed and saved.
1. To open Diva Server Diagnostics click ‘Start > Programs > Diva Server for Windows
> Diva Server Diagnostics’.
2. The ‘Diva Server Diagnostics’ box opens.
