6. Switch the appointment reminder off when it sounds by pressing 14 .
5.6 Stop watch
1. Press 2 .
2. Scroll with 3 to ‘Tools’ and press 2 .
3. Scroll with 3 or 11 to ‘Stop Watch’ and press 2 .
4. Press ‘Start’ 2

to start the stop watch and ‘Stop’ 14 to stop it.
5. Press ‘Start’ 14 again to allow the stop watch to continue to run.
Press ‘Reset’ 2 to reset the stop watch to 00:00.
6 The phonebook
You can store 200 numbers (up to 24 digits long) with an associated name (up to 16
characters long) in the phonebook.
6.1 Saving a new entry in the phonebook
1. Press 14 .
2. Press ‘Option’ 2 and confirm the ‘New Entry’ with 2 to add a new entry.
• ‘Name:’ appears in the display.
3. Enter the name using the alphanumeric keys.
4. Press ‘Save’
2 and enter the phone number.
5. Press ‘Save’ 2 and select the ringer melody required.
6. Press ‘Save’ 2 , to save the entry to the phonebook or press 14 to cancel
without saving the entry.
6.2 Finding and calling a number from the phonebook
1. Press 14 .
2. Enter the initial letter of the name using the alphanumeric keys.

The first name in the list with this letter appears in the display.
3. Press 3 or 11 repeatedly to scroll through the other numbers in the phonebook.
4. Calling a listed person: the phone number required is highlighted. Press 12 .
6.3 Edit a phonebook entry
1. Press 14 .
2. Enter the initial letter of the name using the alphanumeric keys.

The first name in the list with this letter appears in the display.
3. Press 3 or 11 repeatedly to scroll through the other numbers in the phonebook.
4. Once the number you require appears in the display and is highlighted, press

‘Option’ 2 .
5. Press 3 or 11 repeatedly and select ‘Edit Entry ’.
6. Press 2 to confirm.
7. Press 14 to delete each letter individually and use the alphanumeric keys to
enter the correct name.
8. Press ‘Save’ 2 .
9. Press 14 to delete each individual digit and use the alphanumeric keys to enter
the correct phone number.
10. Press ‘Save’ 2 and select the ringer melody you require.
11. Press ‘Save’ 2 to save the changes entered.
