Troubleshooting Tools page. Use the information on this page to troubleshoot print quality issues.

Troubleshooting Checklist. This link takes you to HTML content that contains the basic
troubleshooting checklist.

Print Quality Troubleshooting Page. A link in this section allows you to view the Print Quality
Troubleshooting Procedure . Clicking Print sends the Print Quality Troubleshooting
Procedure page to the printer.
