Cannot print photos.
Cannot print files. Some files specified for the
print job have errors or are
corrupted. If there are more
than 10 errors the printer
will cancel the print job.
Select another file and restart the print job.
File directory structure is
corrupted.
The printer detects that the
file directory on the inserted
memory card is corrupted
and cannot be accessed.
• Use another memory card.
OR
•
Reformat the memory card.
Card access error. The printer cannot access
the files on the memory
card.
Card may be damaged. The printer cannot access
the memory card.
Printer memory is full. Job
was cancelled. Press OK.
The printer is out of memory
and the job has to be
cancelled.
1. Press OK/Yes .
2. Print files one at a time.
Paper is too long. See PC
screen.
Paper is too short. See PC
screen.
The paper size is too long
or too short to be used in
the Automatic Two-Sided
Printing Module.
1. Press Cancel/No .
2. Remove the Automatic Two-Sided Printing Module.
3. Reinstall the rear access door.
4. Change the software settings from
Automatic to Manual .
5. Manually feed the paper into the printer for two-sided printing.
