Banners are not printing
correctly.
You may have problems
with the banner paper.
•
If several sheets feed into the printer together, unfold and refold
the paper.
•
If the paper does not feed into the printer correctly, be sure that
the unattached edge of the banner paper stack is toward the
printer.
•
If the paper creases going through the printer, the paper might
be unsuitable for banner printing.
The print quality is different
if the paper type is set to
Automatic
rather than the
specific paper type.
When the paper type is set
to
Automatic
, the print
quality is automatically set
to
Normal
. When the
paper type is set to a
specific paper type, the
default print quality may be
different.
PC
•
Select the appropriate paper type on the
Setup
tab of
Printer
Properties
, then choose the desired print quality.
Macintosh
•
Select the appropriate paper type on the
Paper Type/Quality
panel of the
dialog, then choose the desired print quality.
Automatic
is set as the
paper type, but when
preparing to print, the
printer ejects the paper.
The printer may be placed
in direct sunlight,
overwhelming the
Automatic Paper-Type
Sensor.
Move the printer out of direct sunlight.
