Troubleshooting and tips
The display is difficult to read
Cause Troubleshooting
Reflected glare ► Turn the Pocket PC until you can see the
information in the display again.
The Pocket PC switches off
Cause Troubleshooting
The battery is dead. ► Connect the power adapter to the Pocket PC to
charge the battery.

Connect the power adapter to the cradle and insert
the Pocket PC in the cradle to charge the battery.
The battery is charging. The power-on indicator flashes
orange.
The Pocket PC does not start after being switched on
Cause Troubleshooting
The battery is dead. ► Connect the power adapter to the Pocket PC to
charge the battery.

Connect the power adapter to the cradle and insert
the Pocket PC in the cradle to charge the battery.
The battery is charging. The power-on indicator flashes
orange.
The power adapter is not connected
correctly. ► Switch the Pocket PC off.
► Check whether the power adapter is properly
connected to the Pocket PC and the electrical outlet.
► Then switch the Pocket PC on again .
