Troubleshooting and tips
The Pocket PC does not respond any more
Cause Troubleshooting
An application program has caused
the fault. ► Restart the Pocket PC (see "Switching the
Pocket PC on and off").

If the restart does not work, reset the Pocket PC to
the factory settings (see "Cold starting and resetting
factory default settings").
The battery is dead. ► Connect the power adapter to the Pocket PC to
charge the battery.
or
►
Connect the power adapter to the cradle and insert
the Pocket PC in the cradle to charge the battery.
The battery is charging. The power-on indicator flashes
orange.
The battery discharges too quickly
Cause Troubleshooting
The battery is either too hot or too
cold. ► Bring the Pocket PC up / down to a normal
temperature again.
If the operating time of the battery mode is extremely
short, the battery is probably old and should be replaced.
Please contact your dealer for a new battery.
The End button does not respond properly
Cause Troubleshooting
You have pressed the End key for too
long to switch the Pocket PC on or
off. ► Briefly press the End key until the Pocket PC
switches on or off.
