Notifications
Your Pocket PC Phone reminds you in a variety of ways when you have something to do, or
when you have received an SMS message. For example, if you’ve set up an appointment
in
Calendar, a task with a due date in Tasks, or an alarm in Clock, you will be notified in
any of the following ways:

A message box appears on the screen.
n
A sound, which you can specify, is played.
n
A light flashes on your Pocket PC Phone.
n
The Pocket PC Phone vibrates.
To choose reminder types and sounds for your device, go to
Start menu > Settings >
Personal tab > Sounds & Notifications. The options you choose here apply throughout
the Pocket PC Phone.
Using the Start Menu
A sample Start Menu is illustrated below. The first seven items remain fixed on the menu,
but the next five items represent the five most recently used programs, and therefore the
items in this part of the menu will change according to your usage.
