Express Timer
Programming

You can programme this recorder to timer-record as many as 16
programmes.
If you do not know the P

you wish to record, use the following procedure to set your
recorder to timer-record the programme.

A

Turn on the recorder.

Load a cassette.

Insert a VHS (or S-VHS) cassette with the record safety
tab intact.

Access the programme screen.

A Press PROG.

to move the arrow to “PROGRAMME”, then

press OK.

● When “PROGRAMME FULL DELETE UNWANTED TIMER

PROGRAMME” appears on the TV screen, you need to cancel
some of the currently set programmes. (

Select the programme date.

to move the arrow to the desired date,

then press OK.

Select the recording deck.

to move the arrow to “RECORD TO”, then

press OK.

to select “HDD” or “VHS”, then press OK.

Set the start time and stop time of the
programme.

Before performing Express Timer Programming:

● Make sure that the recorder’s built-in clock is set properly.

● Turn on the TV and select the AV mode.

● Slide TV/CABLE/SAT switch to the right.
