Tags
This application is used for organizing and sharing Near
Field Communication (NFC) tags. You can scan a tag by
turning on your device and placing it near the tag.. For more
information, refer to “Tags” on page 142.

Talk: Google Talk is a free Windows and web-based
application for instant messaging offered by Google.
Conversation logs are automatically saved to a Chats area
in your Gmail account. This allows you to search a chat log
and store them in your Gmail accounts. For more
information, refer to “Talk” on page 142.

Task
Allows you to keep track of both your current and upcoming
tasks. You can also sync these tasks with different
accounts. For more information, refer to “Talk” on
page 142.

Task Manager
Use Task Manager to see which applications are running
on your phone, and to end running applications to extend
battery life. For more information, refer to “Task Manager”
on page 143.

Videos
Launches your device’s built-in video application that plays
video files stored on the phone or a microSD card.

page 119.

Voice Command
Allows you to use your voice to perform operations that you
would normally have to do by hand such as dialing a phone
number, sending a text message, playing music, etc. For
more information, refer to “Using Voice Command” on
page 49.

Voice Recorder
Allows you to record an audio file up to one minute long and
then immediately share it with others. For more
information, refer to “Voice Recorder” on page 144.

Voice Search
Launches Voice Actions for Android voice recognition
software that lets you search, control and communicate
based on the recognized text. For more information, refer
to “Voice Search” on page 144.
