Making an Emergency Call Without a SIM card installed

1.

Tap Emergency call from the on-screen display to make an
emergency call.

2.

Complete your call. During this type of call, you will have
access to the Speaker mode, Dialpad, and End Call
features.

Note: Selecting Location consent may drain battery power. For more

information, refer to Power Saving Mode” on page 177.

3.

Tap

to exit this calling mode.

Enter the emergency number (e.g., 911) and then tap

.

6.

Complete your call. During this type of call, you will have
access to the Speaker mode, Dialpad, and End Call
features.

to exit this calling mode.

Dialing Options

When using the keypad, you can
access the following options at
the bottom of the screen:

Call (

) to call the entered

number.

Delete (

) to delete digits

from the number entered on the
screen.

Message (

) to send a text

message.

Voice Mail (

) to access

your Voice Mail service.

To view additional dialing
options:

Tap :
• Add to Contacts to add the current number to either a new or

existing Contacts entry.

• Speed dial setting to access the Speed Dialing menu where you

can assign a speed dial location to a current Contacts entry.

• Send message to send a text message.
