sliced peaches,

strawberries or other

favorite fruit*

2 tbs (30 mL)

powdered sugar,

if desired

Place ingredients in pitcher. Cover and blend at LIQUEFY

10 to 15 seconds, or until smooth.
Yield: 5 servings (about 1 cup [235 mL] per serving).

7 g total fat, 4 g saturated fat, 25 mg cholesterol, 70 mg

sodium.

For 56 oz (1.75 L) pitcher:

cream, 4 cups (945 mL) fresh sliced peaches, strawberries

or other favorite fruit, and 3 tbs (45 mL) powdered sugar

(if desired) in pitcher. Continue with directions above.
