Reconnect

13.

Slide

the

server

into

the

rack.

Reconnect

the

power

cords

and

any

cables

that

you

removed.

15.

Turn

on

the

peripheral

devices

and

the

server.

Perform

the

following

updates:

Either

update

server

with

latest

RAID

firmware

or

restore

the

pre-existing

firmware

from

a

diskette

or

CD

image.

v

Update

the

UUID.

v

Update

the

DMI/SMBIOS.

disconnect

power

Press

and

hold

the

release

tab

down

as

you

push

the

drive

from

the

rear

to

slide

it

out

of

the

bay.
