The Interface Statistics screen is used to display statistics
for the Ethernet port or LAG that you specify. You can also
specify the rate at which the display will be refreshed.
Interface To display statistics for an Ethernet port, select
Unt No., then select the desired unit and port from the
drop-down menus. To display statistics for a LAG, select LAG,
then select the desired LAG from the drop-down menu.
Refresh Rate Select the rate at which to refresh the
display: 1 sec, 0 sec, 0 sec, or No Refresh (default).
Interface
This section displays statistics for the packets transmitted
and received on the selected interface.
Receve Statstcs Statistics on received packets
Total Bytes (Octets) Displays the number of octets
received on the selected interface.
Uncast Packets Displays the number of Unicast
packets received on the selected interface.
Multcast Packets Displays the number of Multicast
packets received on the selected interface.
Broadcast Packets Displays the number of Broadcast
packets received on the selected interface.
Packets wth Errors Displays the number of error
packets received from the selected interface.
Transmt Statstcs Statistics on transmitted packets
Total Bytes (Octets) Displays the number of octets
transmitted from the selected interface.
Uncast Packets Displays the number of Unicast
packets transmitted from the selected interface.
Multcast Packets Displays the number of Multicast
packets transmitted from the selected interface.
Broadcast Packets Displays the number of Broadcast
packets transmitted from the selected interface.
Ethernet-like
This section displays the following statistics for the
selected interface.
Frame Check Sequence (FCS) Errors Displays the
number of FCS errors received on the selected interface.
Sngle Collson Frames Displays the number of single
collision frames received on the selected interface.
Late Collsons Displays the number of late collision
frames received on the selected interface.
Oversze Packets Displays the number of oversize packet
errors on the selected interface.
Internal MAC Receve Errors Displays the number of
internal MAC received errors on the selected interface.

Receved Pause Frames Displays the number of received
paused frames on the selected interface.
Transmtted Pause Frames Displays the number of
paused frames transmitted from the selected interface.
Clear Counters Click the Clear Counters button to reset
all the counters on this screen to zero.

Security > 802.1x Settings
The 802.1x Settings screen is used to configure a port’s
802.1x authentication settings.
Security > 802.1x Settings
Port-based authentication enables authenticating system
users on a per-port basis via an external server. Only
authenticated and approved system users can transmit
and receive data. Ports are authenticated via a RADIUS
server using the Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP).
Parameters
Enable 802.1x Select the checkbox to enable 802.1x
authentication. The default is not enabled.
Interface The interface on which to configure 802.1x.
Unt No. Select the unit number from the drop-down
menu.
Port Select the port from the drop-down menu.
Status Port Control Sets the port authentication mode
to one of the following options:
ForceAuthorzed (Default) Forces the port to grant
access to all clients, either dot1x-aware or otherwise.
ForceUnauthorzed Forces the port to deny access
to all clients, either dot1x-aware or otherwise.
Auto Causes the port authentication mode to be
selected automatically.
