Displaying the life of supplies and coverage of toner
This menu shows how much percentage of each consumable life remains to
be used. Please note that the values shown here is just the approximate
value and are not always correct. So the consumable wearing warning
message might occur regardless of the displayed values.
Page Count —It shows the pages your KX-P8420 has printed since your
purchase of the printer.
Toner Cartridge —It shows the percentage of CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW
and BLACK toner cartridges remaining.
• CYAN : ###%Remaining
• MAGENTA : ###%Remaining
• YELLOW : ###%Remaining
• BLACK : ###%Remaining
NOTE:
• If you replace the toner cartridge before Low <Color> Toner or <Color>
Toner Empty is displayed, the value of the toner cartridge remaining will
be incorrect.
Imaging Unit — ###% remaining shows the percentage of the life of color
imaging unit remaining.
Transfer Unit —It shows the percentage of the Transfer unit remaining.
• ###% remaining
It shows the percentage of the Transfer unit remaining.
• New Transfer Unit (No/Yes)
You must select
Yes when you have just replaced Transfer unit.
The life will be reset to 100% remaining by selecting Yes .
Fuser Unit — ###% remaining shows the percentage of the Fuser unit
remaining.
Oil Roll — ###% remaining shows the percentage of the Oil roll remaining.
