TROUBLESHOOTING
The following table shows the most common problems that may arise when using the machine, the possible causes and the
suggested remedies to solve them.

the Service Manual.

PROBLEMS AND REMEDIES
Problem Possible cause Remedy
GENERAL
There is excessive dust on the ground or
coming out from the skirt
The fan is not operating Turn on the fan
The fi lters are clogged Clean/replace the fi lters
The skirt dust panel is damaged Replace the dust panel
BROOMS
The brooms do not clean correctly
The brooms are not adjusted correctly Adjust the brooms
The brooms are worn Replace the brooms
The drive speed is excessive Slow down
The broom is damaged or there are foreign
materials around the broom Replace the broom or remove the foreign
material
The side and main brooms do not turn
There is no pressure at the motors Check the line
The motors are faulty Replace the motors
The accessory pump does not pressurize
the oil in the line Check the line pressure
Replace the pump
The distributor is stuck Check the distributor
The main broom does not lift/lower
The linkage is stuck Check the linkage
There is no pressure at the cylinder
Check the line
Check the pump
The cylinder is malfunctioning
Replace the cylinder gaskets
Replace the cylinder
The distributor is stuck Check the distributor
The side broom does not lift/lower

SUCTION FAN
The suction fan is noisy The motor is faulty Replace the motor
The suction fan turns but it is not effi cient
The closed pocket fi lter is clogged Clean/replace the fi lters
The motor is faulty Replace the motor
There is no pressure at the suction system

Replace the pump
The hopper gasket is damaged Replace the dust panel
