[Locale]...............................Selects a keyboard language.
[NumLock Enable on Boot UP]
...................................enables/cancel NumLock function on start-up.
[Character Repeat]
[Repeat delay] ....................Allows adjusting the amount of time that elapses
before begins repeating when you hold down a key.
[Repeat rate] ......................Allows adjusting the speed at which a character
repeats when hold down a key.
