Shooting

Shooting in Sharpness Mode (Sharpness)

This mode enables you to adjust the sharpness of the contours of the subject in
three stages (–1, 0 and +1).

A

Set the mode dial to [

] and press

the MENU button.

B

Select [SHARPNESS] and press the

button.

C

Choose the desired level (–1 or +1)
and then press the ENTER button.

If you select –1, the image will be recorded
with soft contours. If you select +1, the image
will be recorded with sharp contours.

Note

• To cancel the sharpness mode,

select [OFF].

D

Press the CANCEL button to exit the
menu display.

E

Press the shutter release button to
record the image.

Note

• Enable the keep settings mode to save the sharpness mode setting.
