9 CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT
9.8 Reference Frequency Checking Mode
The beam modulated by the reference frequency of EDM is emitted continuously.
This mode is used for frequency test mainly.
Operating procedure Operation Display
1 Press the [F5] key from the main menu icons.
[F5]
2 Press the [F6]( ↓ ) key to get to next page on
the display.
[F6]
3 Press the [F1] key.
The beam will be emitted.

4 To return to the main menu icons, press the
[F1] (EXIT) key.
