Overview
Service Data is a record of when services, such as
coin collections, were performed. Like Exceptions,
Service Data is collected during a machine audit and
can be viewed for an entire location or for a specific
machine. Each machine can record up to ten
timestamps for the service switch, and five
timestamps for other types of service.
Viewing Service Data
Before viewing
Service Data, verify the correct
location is selected from the Location: drop-down list.
1. Click on Service Data. The
Service Data window appears.
