Active Job Hold
Select a job from the job list and select [Hold] to hold the job. Jobs in the IPDS data format
cannot be held.
Jobs with the following status can be placed on hold:
•
Registering Job
•
Receiving Job
•
Data Reception Completed
•
Editing
•
Editing Completed
•
Outputting
•
Output Completed
•
Ready for Printing
•
Printing
•
Transfer Completed
•
Fault
The job in process can be held after canceling processing. The reason for the held job in this
case is Held by Operator.
The job is held after the end of input processing.
Suspend Active jobs
When suspending any jobs in the Active Job list during printing or processing, the following
popup message will appear.
•
OK: Quits the job for which printing is in progress and suspends the selected jobs.
•
Cancel: Cancels the suspension operation.
