Hold Completed Jobs
Select a job from the job list, and select [Hold] to hold the job. The reason for the held job
becomes Held by Operator.
Reoutput Completed Jobs
Select a job in the job list and select [Reoutput]. The job is displayed in the active job list to be
subject to job scheduling.
Delete Completed Job
To delete a completed job, select the job from the job list and select [Delete]. Select [OK] on the
confirmation screen to delete the job. To cancel the deleting operation, select [Cancel].
The reason for the deleted job becomes Deleted by Operator.
