Delete a Held Job
To delete the held job, select it from the job list and select [Delete]. The job is deleted upon
selecting [OK] on the confirmation screen. Select [Cancel] here to cancel the deleting operation.
The reason for the job deleted by this operation becomes Deleted by Operator.
Re-edit a Held Job
The Editing Completed status of a job in the job list may be changed to Data Reception
Completed. This operation is valid for a job whose input/output process mode is Spool. When a
job in Editing Completed status is selected, the Re-edit button is enabled.
Upon selecting Re-edit, the confirmation message appears.
Select [OK] for reediting by setting the job status to Data Reception Completed, or Cancel to
cancel re-editing operation.
Select [Yes] to delete the reedited job data from the output spool.
