Automatic Release of Timed Job
Automatic release can be set in two ways: Date & time setting and lapse time setting.
Date & time setting: The held job is automatically released at the specified date and time.
Specify the date in the date specification area, and the time in the time specification area.
• Date setting: Select the date specification area to display the calendar. Select the month
by the month select button, and select the date from the displayed calendar. Select [OK] to
set the date & time. Select [Close] to close the screen without reflecting the setting.
• Time setting: Touch the time specification area to display the virtual ten-key pad. Time
specification method: (Example 1) To set 10:00:00, input 10, 1000, or 100000. (Example 2)
To set 10:20, input 1020 or 102000.
