Active Job Delete
To delete an active job, select the job from the job list and select [Delete]. The job is deleted
upon selecting [OK] on the confirmation screen. To cancel the deleting operation, select
[Cancel] on the confirmation screen.
Jobs with the following status can be deleted:
•
Waiting for Job Registration
•
Registering Job
•
Receiving Data
•
Data Reception Completed
•
Editing
•
Editing Completed
•
Outputting
•
Output Completed
•
Ready for Printing
•
Printing
•
Transfer Completed
•
Fault
A job in progress can be deleted after canceling its execution. When the job is being printed, the
printer stops temporarily.
The job is then deleted irrelevant to the next job processing instruction.
The reason for the deleted job becomes Deleted by Operator. To delete jobs in IPDS data
format, IPDS online net input must be stopped in the Gateway settings.
Deleting active Job during printing
When deleting jobs under Active Job during printing processing, the following popup message
appears.
•
OK: Quits the job for which printing is in progress and deletes the selected job.
•
Cancel: Quits the cancel operation.
