16. Internet Services
Overview
With the scan or fax options installed, you may also use Internet
Services to create, modify and delete scan or fax templates.
With Internet Services and a web browser users can print or scan
documents using the Document Centre and System Administrators
can:
- enable users to print and scan without installing any client
software
- integrate into other web-based printer management tools
- remotely configure and manage Xerox Printers
- monitor printer and consumable status
- easily access Xerox support home pages and customer-
definable hotlinks
Easy Setup
Administrators will enjoy the convenience of being able to define
printer settings and network connections from any workstation with
a web browser. When installing several printers on the network, the
programme’s clone feature provides a quick shortcut to duplicating
the settings from one printer to another.
