Install the stock end links into the ends of the Hotchkis bar. Note the position of the hole. The
hole closest to the end of the bar effectively lengthens the bar for the “softest” stiffness setting.
The hole closer to the center of the bar effectively shortens the bar and is the stiffest setting.
Tighten the stock nut on the end link with a 5mm Allen wrench and 14mm wrench. Torque the
hardware to 25ft/lbs.

With the end links tight you can secure the bolts holding the sway bar in place. Use a 12mm
socket or wrench to tighten the bolts. Torque the hardware to 30ft/lbs. A properly installed bar
will have the middle “hoop” of the bar closest to the ground when looking at it from the front.

Re-check all attaching hardware for tightness. Re-install the splashguards on the sides and
main splash-pan underneath using the stock hardware. Use a jack to remove the jack stands.
