For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:

applies a sliding scale for zoning reviews based on type and size of property.
Residential starts at $500; multi-family starts at $700; and commercial starts at $900.
The larger the site the higher the fees for zoning reviews.

For communities with populations between 90,001 and 110,000:

In addition to a base fee ($475) the city also charges for mailing fees.

For communities with populations between 130,001 and 150,000:
