For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:

No fee; however, the applicant is responsible for paying all costs of outside resources
used by the City;

For communities with populations between 30,001 and 50,000:

Site plan fee based on permit value;

For communities with populations between 110,001 and130,000:

Included in previously cited fees (i.e., $200 plus postage for notification).

For communities with populations between 210,000 and 230,000:
