Portable Plus Electronic balances, Models C305 and C505. To ensure proper

DESCRIPTION
The Ohaus Portable Plus Electronic balances are precision weighing instruments,
designed to provide years of service with virtually no maintenance. The case is
constructed of ABS plastic which is extremely durable and resistant to most
laboratory materials. A one piece electronic printed circuit board provides high
reliability and accuracy with a four digit LCD display which is 0.4 inches in height.
Features of the Portable Plus balances include front panel controls with a simplified
menu, auto shutoff, readings in either grams or ounces and a weigh below hook.
Model C305 has a full scale capacity of 300 grams and Model C505 has a capacity
of 500 grams. Both models can display either grams or ounces with a readability
of 0.1 gram and 0.01 ounce. Power is supplied by an internal 9 Volt battery or
through an AC Adapter which is available in four configurations for world-wide
usage. Available accessories include: a 100 g linearity weight for Model C305 and
a 200 g linearity weight for the Model C505, two sizes of aluminum scoops and one
gold anodized aluminum scoop, a vinyl carrying case, deluxe hard carrying case
and a security device which when installed prevents removal of the balance from
a designated area.
