• Do not let children play with the packaging material. To prevent choking hazards,

keep the plastic bag away from the reach of children!

• Before connecting the appliance, ensure that the voltage indicated in the

identification plate corresponds to the mains voltage. The identification plate is

affixed to the appliance.

• The appliance must be used solely for the purpose it has been designed for,

that is a HAND BLENDER/CHOPPER (if present)/WHISK (if present) for home

use. Any other use of the appliance is to be considered improper and, therefore,

hazardous.

• The appliance has not been designed to be used by persons (including

children) with reduced physical, sensorial or mental abilities or persons lacking

experience, unless they are supervised and instructed by a person responsible

for their safety.

• Keep children under surveillance to prevent them from playing with the appliance.

DO NOT use the appliance with damp or wet hands or feet.

Do NOT remove the plug from the socket by pulling the power cord or the

appliance itself.

DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity or weather conditions (rain, sun,

etc.).

• The appliance must always be disconnected from the mains before any cleaning

or maintenance operation and whenever it is not used.

• In the event of faults and/or malfunctions, turn it off and do not tamper with it. If

the appliance needs to be repaired, contact an authorised service centre.

• If damaged, the power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer,

a maintenance technician or by qualified personnel to prevent any risks.

• To prevent electric shock hazards, do not immerse the unit, its cord or plug into

water or other liquids.

DO NOT use the appliance near a washbasin full of water. During use, place the

appliance in a point where there is no risk of it falling into the washbasin.

DO NOT use the appliance near the kitchen stove. Ensure that the power

cord does not come into contact with hot or incandescent surfaces, naked

flames, pots and pans or other utensils.

DO NOT touch moving parts.

• Only use the accessories provided.

• Always disconnect the blender from the power supply if left unattended and

before assembling, disassembling or cleaning it.

DO NOT allow children use the blender if not under surveillance of an adult.

• Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains power supply before

replacing the accessories or going near moving parts when the appliance is on.
