Problem

Solution

The blades of the hand blender cause

splatters.

Immerse the blades cover of the blender

(6) into the ingredients that are to be

processed.

The chopper blades (9) do not rotate because

food is stuck between the blades (9) and the

bowl (10).

Do not add food that is too hard.

Chop the ingredients into small pieces.
Lift the chopper lid (8) and carefully

remove the piece of blocked food, then

continue the procedure.

The parsley has not been chopped properly.

Repeat the operation using dry parsley.

The whisk causes splatters.

Keep the whisk (6) upright at first; tilt it

only when the mixture starts to rise.
