By pressing OSD on the control field or the remote control you get access to the settings of
the TFT panel and the speakers. One time pressing the OSD button activates the OSD
menu. To select the different setting options, you have to press the OSD again and again.
The settings for the TFT are brightness, contrast, colour, tint and zoom. With the options of
brightness, contrast, colour and tint you can adjust the displaying quality. Please adjust the
values by pressing the minus or plus button on the remote control.
The setting Zoom is specially for changing the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3 and back.

By viewing a movie or the TV program with an aspect ratio of 4:3 you can change
the preset of 16:9 to 4:3. The content is not distorted. With the 4:3 setting, the HMD
900 add on the right and left side a black bar. This characteristic is normal.
2. By viewing a movie or a TV program with an aspect ratio of 16:9, please use only the
16:9 settings. Otherwise the picture is distorted.
You can also change directly with the remote control the aspect ratio. Please use therefore
the 16:9/4:3 button.
By hearing Music files you have the choice to switch off the TFT screen for saving power or
batter power. For switching the TFT screen off or On, you can use the remote control and
press the SCREEN button or you can navigate in the OSD menu until the option SCREE
OFF.
After activating the SCREEN OFF the TFT display switches off. To restart the TFT display,
please press the OSD or the SCREEN button again.
The OSD settings Bass and Treble are for adjusting the sound quality.
With the last option Load Default you can restore the factory settings.
