6 Troubleshooting
6.1 Identification plate
Before informing the fitter of a fault, make a note of the following
information:
Type of gas used
 Boiler type
 Date of manufacture
 Year (01 = 2001, 02 = 2002, ...)
 Week
 Serial no. of the appliance

This information can be found on the rating plate stuck to the
front plate of the boiler.
