Curve fitting of the desired curve is done by selecting the curve of interest and with the Boltzman
equation. Following selection of the curve, done by a single click on any one of the corresponding
symbol, a window displaying the parameters of the Boltzman equation is displayed.
Curve fitting of the conductance with a Boltzman equation:
On the completion of the curve fitting results from the conductance fit are applied to the IV curve
to assess the quality of the fit on the current voltage relationship and yielding the plot illustrated
in the screenshot above. Note that multiple curves and statistic are treated equally using this
process.
