Follow the instructions below:
z Check direction of travel and swivelling
motion
z Teeth of rails must be clean
z Cut guides on rail supports must be folded
in
z Cover sharp-edged objects
z Check that all dowel screws on the rail
supports have been tightened
z Check that all rail supports are firmly
secured to the rail
z Rail limit stops must be mounted
z Check if water is emerging at the point of
rotation of the saw blade
z Test run:
Run the wall saw head along the entire
length of the rail and check that the hoses
do not catch at any point

z Move wall saw head to starting position
z Sawing
Never saw without the blade
guard.
Note:
- if possible do not cut through any reinforcements
- swivel arm pulled
- cutting depth 5-10 cm
- working pressure 100-120 bar
