z Disassemble the protective cover (1)
z Fit toothed belt tension checker 960920 (2)
z Carry out measurement on side with the
greatest clearance (A)
z Check toothed belt tension with tension
checker 960920 (3)

z Disassemble protective cover
z Fit toothed belt tension checker 960920
z Loosen all 6 screws (1)
z Use ring spanner SW 36 (2) to turn screw
(3) until toothed belt tension is correct
z Tighten all 6 screws (1)
z Check tension with tension checker
(marking DZ-S)
z Remove toothed belt tension checker

z Mount protective cover
