Customer Description:
Press job record/F3 and open the correct record number. Press Next/F4 until
the Customer ID/description is highlighted.
Press the arrows repeatedly to open the desired customer number. If the
number is assigned to a customer, the customer name will show in the text
field else the text reads ‘unspecified’. Press
l/F3 to toggle between the
index field and the text field. Press Edit/F2 to edit the name. Use the keypad
to type the customer name.
- Press F2 to toggle between capital and small letters.
- Press F3 to clear the last letter.
- Press F4 to clear all letters.
Press Save/# to store the customer name with the customer number in the
library.
Material Description:
Press job record/F3 and open the correct record number. Press Next/F4 until
the Material ID/description is highlighted.
Press the arrows repeatedly to open the desired material number. If the
number is assigned to a specific material, the material description will show
