Positive value: The actuator is moving in the direction opposite
home.
Negative value: The actuator is moving in the direction of home.

(Example) Reading: 000003FFH = 1023 (decimal)
= 10.23 mm/sec
* If this data is read as a hexadecimal, a negative value is

indicated as a 2’s complement.
