6.3.7 APM Configuration
The APM Configuration menu (BIOS Menu 11) allows the advanced power
management options to be configured.
BIOS Menu 11: Advanced Power Management Configuration
Power Management/APM [Enabled]
Use the Power Management/APM BIOS option to enable access to the advanced power
management features. If this option is disabled, the only other option on the screen is the
Power Button Mode.
Disabled Disables the Advanced Power Management (APM)
feature
Enabled D EFAULT Enables the APM feature
Power Button Mode [On/Off]
Use the Power Button Mode BIOS to specify how the power button functions.
On/Off D EFAULT When the power button is pressed the system is either
turned on or off
