Good The value may be used in
control.
Poor Accuracy The quality of the value is
less than normal, but the
value may still be useful.
Manual / Fixed The value is manually
fixed.
Bad The value is not useful.
Limit Status Description

changed, no matter what
the process does.
Low Limited The value is out of the
high or low limit.
